Bringing Art to Life & Heart to Real Estate

When the Rialto Theater closed down in 1991, some people thought it was a sign of the times. But Jen Jones has always felt a strong connection to history and architecture, and she thought that the historic building deserved to be restored. Taking matters into her own hands, she bought the dilapidated building over a decade later and began the arduous task of renovating its crumbling features.
She introduced artist studios, added a stage and re-opened the theater as a successful community art, music and theatrical venue. Where others might only see a ruined building, Jen sees the value and beauty of what is possible and then she devotes complete dedication to bringing it back to life. Besides renovating the theater, she also restored a vintage 1909 home into an amazing work of art. For Jen, as long as you have a vision, anything is possible. Perhaps Jen’s vision is nowhere more apparent than in her real estate career. Her clients benefit from her unique ability to see the potential in a property and showcase those benefits to maximize value for sellers. Jen very quickly assesses your needs and goals and is tenacious in finding the perfect house for buyers.
Whether you are buying or selling, Jen goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals by using a creative approach and tenacious spirit. When you’re ready to make a move in the Coastal Bend, Jen Jones is "Bringing “Heart” to Real Estate.
